  • Single Business-Number Reach – A single business number rings both the mobile and deskphone. Extension dialing works on both.

  • Call History –Missed, dialed, and received call logs are displayed. Click-to-dial.

  • Multi-call Management – Conferencing, call waiting and call forwarding; switch between two calls and terminate them independently.

  • Visual Voice Mail – View messages as a list. Play and delete in any order. Downloaded and store for offline playback – during a flight, for example.

  •  Ring Groups – Identify a group – sales, support, etc. - to receive the same incoming call simultaneously or in a specified order.  

  • Device Toggle – Move a call from your mobile to your deskphone and vice versa, without missing a beat.

Business Voice & Secure IM

Business Voice
DiVitas places business voice onto a smartphone by integrating directly with an organization’s PBX. Through this integration, the individual’s business number and associated deskphone features are moved directly to the smartphone handset to become the DiVitas Client.  Now, individuals can take their mobile deskphone with them everywhere, making them more available to collaborate, solve problems and obtain answers in real-time. And the DiVitas solution provides IT with equal control over desk and mobile phones by extending the existing PBX corporate rules and policies to calls made through the DiVitas client.   

Business Voice & IM with DiVitas

Secure IM
Extending the deskphone to the mobile phone is not enough to ensure continuous communication and active collaboration. IM can be sent and received by anyone configured within the DiVitas community, making it a secure option for short messages. IM is supported on the DiVitas Client similar to IM which is available today on a desktop or laptop. Within the DiVitas community, IM provides an alternative mode to voice for quick and efficient communication.

Both Business Voice and Secure IM are integrated with Mobile Presence and Status to enable more intelligent communication choices.  Individuals can call or IM depending on a person’s stated preferred mode of contact—and this task can be performed directly from the DiVitas client interface. This proactive communication approach dramatically reduces missed calls by increasing the probability of connecting on the first try. Making the workforce more reachable significantly increases productivity which helps organizations save money on mobile costs.
