Executive Leadership

Vivek Khuller – President and CEO

Prior to founding DiVitas, Vivek was a Venture Partner at Clearstone Venture Partners. Before that, Vivek led strategic sales for the tier-1 carrier market and managed software business development at Sycamore Networks. Vivek also held several positions at Verizon Communications.  At Verizon, Vivek received the Chairman’s Award, the company’s highest honor, for his technical leadership. Vivek earned his MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School, an MS in Electrical Engineering from University of Maryland at College Park, and a BS with Distinction in Electrical Engineering from Mangalore University, India.

Gordon Young – VP Sales EMEA

Gordon brings over 20 years of experience to DiVitas, having worked with carriers, mobile operators, enterprises and enterprise sales channels. Prior to DiVitas, Gordon was European Managing Director at NetDevices, where he led European operations. Previously, Gordon held senior positions at Cisco Systems, 3Com, Nortel, Bay Networks, Xylogics and IBM. Gordon received his BSc in Electronics & Electrical Engineering from Strathclyde University in Glasgow.

Bob Hayes – VP Sales North America

Prior to DiVitas, Bob has held sales leadership positions at successful start-ups, including Meru, Extreme, and Crescendo, which was Cisco’s first acquisition. Bob was also a regional director at Cisco, where he worked to build the company’s initial switching business. Prior to Cisco, Bob was an early employee at 3Com, where he drove rapid sales growth in key territories. Bob received his BSc in Accounting and Management Science from the University of South Carolina.

ATG Srinivas – VP Engineering

Prior to DiVitas, ATG spent 12 years working for startups in networking and telecommunications, including Sycamore Networks, Cascade Communications and Infosys. At Sycamore, ATG was part of the core team that developed Sycamore’s first optical switch. ATG also led Sycamore’s Network Management Systems group. ATG graduated from IIT Kanpur, India.

Nancy Colwell – VP Marketing

Nancy has over 25 years of marketing and executive leadership experience at companies such as Sun and Hewlett-Packard, as well as at numerous start-ups where she has helped to engineer successful exits, with sales to companies including Sun and Oracle. Prior to joining DiVitas, Nancy served as Vice President of Marketing for Skyway Software, where her marketing leadership placed the company into two Gartner Magic Quadrants. 

Jodi Prins – VP and GM India Operations

Prior to DiVitas, Jodi was a Partner at Link Ventures. Previously, Jodi was Director of Product Marketing at WebCT, where she played a key role in launching solutions, driving growth and contributing to the company’s sale to Blackboard (NASD: BBBB). Jodi also served as McKinsey / Harvard Community Enterprise Fellow and was a consultant at Mercer Management Consulting. Jodi graduated magna cum laude in Economics from Harvard College and received her MBA from Harvard Business School.
