Service Representative
Description
Clearfly Service Representatives provide
customer service and support within a call center environment
utilizing state-of-the-art technology to business customers
located through-out the Western US. They work within the
operations department assisting in the ordering and provisioning
of Internet and telephony services. Assistance is also provided
to the sales department for customer product qualification and
basic product technical support. This is a Part-Time position
(20-25 hours per week).
Job Duties
Customer service, data entry, pre-sales support and order management.
Skills Required
Must have the ability to effectively communicate on the
telephone. Organization and punctuality. Basic computer skills
including familiarity with MS Outlook, Word and Excel as well as
typing experience. Prior call center, Salesforce.com, computer
networking and/or telecom experience a plus.
Compensation
$10-15 per hour – D.O.E.
