How much does it cost to join the DiVitas channel partner program?
There are no associated costs for becoming a DiVitas channel partner other than certification training. Your training costs can be reduced by taking advantage of our onsite or regional training.
What types of organizations are eligible to join the DiVitas channel partner program?
This program was designed with the flexibility to give entry to a wide audience of channel partners, including: consultants, solution providers, systems integrators and value added resellers. The general profile of a DiVitas channel partner is one that provides regional coverage offering their products and services to SME and SMB cutomers.
What technical support is included with the DiVitas channel partner program?
Yes, with the purchase of a DiVitas partner kit (i.e. DiVitas in a Box) you will receive unlimited 24 X 7 technical support in the priority queue. If you have not purchased a DiVitas partner kit (i.e. DiVitas in a box) you will receive complimentary email support. Email support from support@divitas.com will be within 24 hours.
What type of training does DiVitas partners receive?
DiVitas is committed to the success of its partners and understands the importance of training. DiVitas offers cost effective ½ day sales and 2 day technical training courses which are mandatory to become a certified DiVitas partner. These comprehensive training programs ensure that partners can successfully sell, implement and support our mobile-to-mobile convergence (MMC) solution. Sales and technical training courses can be onsite or at DiVitas. Online training will be available in late 2007.

What is the current DiVitas distribution strategy?
We currently offer 2-tier distribution for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) market and a single tear distribution for the rest of the world.
