DiVitas Networks Enters European Market With Mobile-to-mobile Convergence Solution Designed to Deliver Control and Cost Benefits

Challenges Current Cellular Driven and Proprietary WiFi Solutions

CAMBERLEY, UK (02/19/2007) - DiVitas Networks™, first to market with a pioneering solution for mobile-to-mobile convergence specifically designed for enterprise companies, today announced that it has entered the European communications market. DiVitas has launched a new product that enables companies to use their existing wireless network infrastructure along with their IP-PBX to leverage dual-mode handsets thereby enabling seamless transition of calls between corporate wireless, mobile and public WiFi networks - while also integrating with business and communications applications. (See press release titled "DiVitas Networks Delivers the First Mobile-to-Mobile Convergence Solution for the Enterprise," also released today.)

"DiVitas has an innovative solution that is designed to work in any WLAN environment, with any PBX, and over any fixed, mobile or wireless network," said Vivek Khuller, founder, president and CEO of DiVitas Networks. "Others in the industry are working on convergence solutions, but through carrier networks and with a proprietary approach. The DiVitas solution works today and puts the control and cost benefits back in the hands of the enterprise."

European sales operations are now firmly established in the UK, Benelux and the Nordics. DiVitas has appointed Gordon Young as European Vice President responsible for European sales operations. Mr. Young has 20 years industry experience and has recently held senior positions in NetDevices and Cisco Systems. Simon Ashdown has also been named as European Technical Director. The DiVitas solution is now available in Europe through qualified channel partners.

"The value of the DiVitas approach in mobilising a business is apparent to both our partners and end users alike," said Gordon Young, Vice President - Europe, DiVitas Networks. "Any company who has, or is in the process of installing a Wireless LAN, can gain immediate benefits. Workers who are already mobilised can reduce multiple communication devices to one integrated handset which frees the user and enables staff to minimise use of voice mails and use the applications they need for their business. The solution also allows enterprises to mobilise desk bound staff thereby enabling their workforce to be highly responsive and more easily reached."
