DiVitas Networks Mobile UC Solution Now Certified With Avaya Communications Manager And Avaya Modular Messaging
MOUNTAIN VIEW, CALIF., March 30, 2009 – DiVitas Networks™, the leader in Mobile Unified Communications (Mobile UC), today announced that its Mobile UC solution is now compliant with Communications Manager 5.1 and Modular Messaging 5.0. from Avaya, a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services.
The DiVitas Mobile UC solution enables mobile employees to move seamlessly between their campus-based, wireless networks and cellular networks. Currently available for Symbian or Windows Mobile dual-mode handsets, the DiVitas Client offers an easy-to-use graphical interface that sends and receives calls via the Avaya communications network. DiVitas provides one number reach and mid-call management, along with IM, Presence and personal status (microblog) capabilities. In addition, the DiVitas integration with Avaya Modular Messaging allows users to visually retrieve and manage their Avaya voicemail through the DiVitas Client – limiting the number of voicemail boxes they have to manage to one.

Doing so ensures businesses can confidently add best-in-class capabilities to their network without having to replace their existing infrastructure—speeding deployment of new applications and reducing both network complexity and implementation costs.
